Prescott Woman Magazine

We previously posted that an upcoming article in Prescott Woman Magazine would feature a home by Adams Architecture. However, we neglected to follow up on this. The article was featured in the December/January issue and the home was ours (Steven & Janet Adams) here in American Ranch, north of Prescott. Plan Review by Yavapai County

We have been using this blog to inform everyone of the progress of plans at Yavapai County. We had recently (08 February) submitted plans to the County for a home in Talking Rock, north of Prescott. Although this single family residence was larger than the previous submittal (with a large, detached garage as well), the review was about the same. We received a call on Thursday, 15 February that the first review was complete. That's only 15 days, which is very, very reasonable.
